Whether it is stress, mental health, substance use, or grief, life does not follow a 9–5 schedule. Our helpline is always answered by a person: LCLPA staff during business hours and the Medical Bureau of Harrisburg after hours. If after hours, callers are asked, “Is this an emergency? Would you like to speak with someone on-call?” and our rotating LCLPA staff are ready.
Callers can remain 100% anonymous and receive all confidential services. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We meet people where they are.
We also support LAPs nationwide and maintain reciprocity to ensure caller anonymity across state programs.
